How to order

Order? How and where can I do this?

You can order our products on our website. If you place your order before 23:00hrs (for orders in the Netherlands and Belgium), the delivery will take place the next working day. If you order over the weekend, the goods will be delivered by Tuesday at its latest. After receiving and preparing your order, an email with the track and trace data will be sent to the email-address you’ve provided us with. This enables you to check the status of your order and/or delivery. Should the unlikely event occur that something in the delivery process goes amiss, please send an email to



Can I pick up the products?

Yes, of course. You can pick up your order on weekdays from 8:00 to 17:00 am at our distribution center in Lopik:

Payment on our website can occur through the means of iDeal, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bankcontact/Mr Cash, Sofort, Giropay and Paypal.

When an order takes place before 22:00hrs (in the Netherlands and Belgium), we aim to deliver your goods the next day. Every order registered after Friday 23:00hrs will be delivered on Tuesday. Occasionally, delivery on Saturday may occur. However, if the package or packages are not accepted on Saturday, the entirety of the delivery will be offered again on Tuesday.

We use different carriers depending on the destination of the shipment.

After your order is registered, a confirmation email and an email with track and trace data will be sent separately.

Can I return goods?

- Yes, it is of course possible to return goods to us. The products should not be worn and contain no stains. The packaging must be completely undamaged; tags and stickers must not be deleted or moved. The postage for the return is at the customer’s own expense
